Can Telekinesis be used on Phasing/Intangibility?

Vision, Kitty Pryde, Martian Manhunter, and many more can use their powers to make themselves intangible. My question is, can telekinesis effect those who are intangible (whilst phasing) in the Marvel and DC universes. And what factors count: Type of Phasing, Type of Telekinesis, which universe. I couldn't find an answer, does anyone have an example? scans?

Type of phasing and TK would be a factor, many phasers alter there density so they can still be affected by very precise TK

Some phasers are out of phase with existence so I would assume they cannot be affected unless a writer decides it can target them.

@dr_deplorable: technically telekinesis is the movment of a physical object PHYSICAL and when phasing you are no longer physical....

I have no proof but I would say no.
