For some people, it doesn't relieve their stress but helps a little. Reading comics tends to relieve me of my stress after a long day.
Can reading comics relieve stress?

He is too busy kissing his muscles.
I've always found that escapism and exercise really help me relieve stress, and comics are a form of escapism, so yes.
Yes but anything can really. Some people stress eat, or take mind-altering substances to relieve stress, some meditate or do yoga. Any of these things could relieve stress or become more stressful to you depending on circumstances and how they're handled. Comics (media or any kind really) are no different.

As long as it's not a Grant Morrison/Neil Gaiman style comic which forces you to use your brain then yes.
Anything you enjoy can relieve stress.
You know, my pets, for me, are real stress relief. There's something so comforting about their presence, their unconditional love just melts away the worries of the day. Speaking about pets, do you have any pet medication without prescription? But sometimes, they make me even more stressed! Like when my cat knocks over a vase or my dog decides to chew on my favorite shoes. In those moments, I try to remind myself to take a deep breath and remember that they're just being themselves.
@arranvid2: Thanks 👍🏼
