DBZ Kai...Some of the voice actors are horrendous, the music is worse than the original,the intro...I'd rather eat cat poop than listen to it, it's even more censored. All DBZ Kai did was remove the fillers and upgrade the animation/looks.

Can? Of course. But american anime is much less consistently good, the question is if that's because there's less of it or if it's worse quality. No way to know until more is made.

It's the nicktoons and toonzai versions that make it appear so

American creators don't make cartoons for adults, like most anime in Japan.

Young Justice was just as good as some of the really good animes I've seen, but it didn't last since it was too adult friendly.

American animators can make great animation(our animation is still King in the world), but animation has a different appeal in our culture than in Japan.
