Firstly, sorry it's taken me so long to get this topic out there. This is a few weeks old, but it's still relevant.
Everyone knows about Lil Zangief and that rodent he body slammed, well as the bully lives in Australia, the country with the most pathetic legal system in the Western world, he and his family received $40 000 from a Current Affairs program for their story. That's right, be a monster and you get $40 000 in Australia. How awesome is that?
So if you go out and beat up a nun, maybe you'll get an island.
So yeah, discuss.
Bully and Family Get $40 000 for Story
The really sad thing is, the program thought enough people would be interested in hearing from the creep that they could could pay that ludicrous sum of money and not affect sponsorships or viewership. Really makes you wonder about the human race and where it is heading.
Wow 40 grand to get into a fight? gunna buy me a plane ticket and go beat the crap out of a bunch of Australia's ima be a millionair!!!!
Obviously, Australia has been watching "The Jersey Shore" and felt that they needed some horrible "celebrities" of their own.
" is anyone really surprised at this? Australia was settled by murderers and prostitutes. "Murderers and prostitutes? LoL! Murderers and prostitutes?? Murderers and prostitutes were put in prisons you fool, only low level convicts were sent here, like thieves and tax dodgers.

I'm not saying Australia is a bad country (which it's most certainly not), mind you, just that our legal system sucks.
" @cpt_linger: No worries, it's fine. I'm not saying Australia is a bad country (which it's most certainly not), mind you, just that our legal system sucks. "America might have you neat. The one state that's finally caught on to the "lead is cheap" methodology is also the state with the highest death penalty rate... generally of people who were given poor trials.

Its what 'we' 'all' gets for talking about it and discussing so much. The reaction is more than the action. Was I happy when I saw the video and what happened? Hell yeah lol, I thought it was too much, but the kids a kid, and he snapped and his actions were justified. Over proportional? That too, skinny bullies punches were a lot less potentially likely to cause the same physical harm inflicted back. Like I said though kids. Neither really knows any better. More than that I don't need to see it, I would have been okay to not see it. I have a generalized view on how ideally I would have hoped it to turn out, and it ain't the bully getting money!
Adults distributing the news, posting extreme reactions, creating internet memes, having sites making communication and instant updates and places where people share info, news and opinion. Its all money. I feel its naive to think otherwise, and ignore actions and consequences. Rather than dismissing this as a common thing thats probably happened millions of times in human history before kids had cell phones, people over react and wanna start moral and ethical discussions centered directly on the video and example than just normally. The reaction we got, was, is over proportional. You have people who want the bully killed and worse. people don't even realize they are basically putting money right into the kids pocket. No such thing as bad publicity isn't something that dropped out of an advertisers botoxed injected lips. Anyway, can't help but think the same logic in some thinking that the bully deserved more and how everyone sticks up for the kid getting bullied, when plenty of people get bullied and no one says jack, is pretty much the same type thinking thats gonna make him rich as a result. Common action, justified over reaction. Notoriety. Money. People need to simmer!
Play some reggae and read some Age of X! lol
At any rate, that's incredibly stupid, but I'm a little confused as to what the little bastard did. Can someone elaborate?
