Well, this shouldn't come off as a surprise, but according to IGN, Black Canary is set to return to Smallville.

She's set to appear in episode eleven called "Icarus." Slade aka Deathstroke, played by Micheal Hogan, is also set to make his first appearance in that episode as well.
