Ok list the best crime films that focus on the mafia, I'm pretty sure some one will mention the big obvious ones so I'm going to just list my personal favourites: 
  
Eastern Promises: David Cronenberg, Viggo Mortensen, London, Russian Mafia. What more can I say?
