Donkey Kong ~~ please someone get this reference
I love Dynasty Warriors, i could play it hours on end.
The best game has never been made, when a game does what all other games do but better then it'll be the best.
The Force Unleashed II.
*talks to self*
Dude, just relax. You know he's trolling. Breathe. C'mon, that's it. In and out.
*inhales and exhales*
The Last of Us because of Ellie!!
...Ok, we can be friends.
Can not list them. But, Civilization 5 and Arkham City are up there. Mortal Kombat 9, as wellllll….
And maybe Watch Dogs, or a Super Mario Bros. game.
@jaken7: Trolling? Who is trolling? Do you even Galen bro?
I say TFU II because it had the most awesome story line in the history of story lines.... It also has great characters to!
The Kingdom Hearts series is the only answer that matters.
Jmarshmallow
You mean that series with the ridiculously drawn-out and convoluted plot that is told (out of order) across 5 or 6 different platforms, 3 different console generations, and at least 3 different genres? The one whose entire premise of crossing over Disney and Final Fantasy characters creates a convenient excuse for the developers to not have to come up with any compelling original characters of their own? That Kingdom Hearts series?

Please. Stop.

GalenxJuno is the greatest love story in the history of gaming though....it's not my fault you can't appreciate greatness.

With a Metacritic score of 60, it sounds like I'm not the only one...
Besides, Shepard x Liara and Shepard x Tali are the greatest love stories in the history of gaming.
You mean that series with the ridiculously drawn-out
If by "drawn-out" you mean two main titles with other entries serving to flesh out the universe, then I suppose so!
and convoluted plot
If by convoluted you mean it has actual depth to it unless a lot of popular video games, then sure!
that is told (out of order)
Out of order.....like a certain War in the Stars, perhaps?
across 5 or 6 different platforms, 3 different console generations, and at least 3 different genres?
Diversity, it's a good thing!
The one whose entire premise of crossing over Disney and Final Fantasy characters creates a convenient excuse for the developers to not have to come up with any compelling original characters of their own?
Besides Sora, Riku, Kairi, Ansem, Xemnas, Terra, Aqua, Ventus, Namine, and the entire Organization 13? Yeah, I suppose they just couldn't come up with anything fresh...
Not to mention the fact that having beloved characters from other series is not only amazing, but the fact that they fit so well within the story....
But you're probably right, how bland.
That Kingdom Hearts series?
Yes, THAT Kingdom Hearts series!
Jmarshmallow
Pfft.
Metacritic can go blow eggs, as the also love to hate on greatness!!!
Maybe, maybe not. I'm not a gamer, so I honestly wouldn't know either, or.

No, I mean too many subplots and not enough resolution. Plus difficult concepts to grasp without the pace slowing down and letting the game explain it to you (which it never does).
Star Wars goes 4, 5, 6, and 1, 2 ,3.
Kingdom Hearts goes 9, 7, 1, 2/6 (concurrently), 3, 4, 8, and 10. Then you've got 5 which is Kingdom Hearts mobile, and I'm not sure where (if at all) that fits.

Diversity, it's a good thing!
No, it's an expensive thing that spits in the face of your loyal fans. Not everyone owns every system (or even half for that matter).

The 3 Birth by Sleep kids are exact clones of the 3 OG KH kids, so that doesn't exactly count. And the only one of those that had a personality was Riku/Terra. Can't really comment on the rest, but they're all pretty generic.
Yeah, I think I got it.

You've made that painfully obvious...
Besides, if you aren't and you wouldn't know, then what right do you have to say that SW: TFUII is the greatest game of all time (typing that out literally made me throw up in my mouth), or that Marek x Juno is the greatest love story of all time?
Here is the real answer folks:
Here is the REAL answer.
Sure.
You just jealous of Sora's godlike swagger!
No, I mean too many subplots and not enough resolution. Plus difficult concepts to grasp without the pace slowing down and letting the game explain it to you (which it never does).
Well then obviously you weren't paying attention, because I got everything! xD

And it all makes sense! It's not like it's hard to keep track of the order if you play the games!
No, it's an expensive thing that spits in the face of your loyal fans. Not everyone owns every system (or even half for that matter).
Then it's a good thing that the only two that really matter in the overall story are Kingdom Hearts 1 and 2, and MAYBE Dream Drop Distance, which you could easily just Wiki if you didn't want/couldn't play it...
The 3 Birth by Sleep kids are exact clones of the 3 OG KH kids, so that doesn't exactly count. And the only one of those that had a personality was Riku/Terra. Can't really comment on the rest, but they're all pretty generic.
Ventus had a personality too, but I'll give you that one about them being clones.
Still, even if we don't count them, there are at least 20 original characters, which is no less than many games nowadays have.
Not to mention that pretty much all of the enemies except each world's boss were unique Heartless/Nobodies (and even some of the bosses were original characters).
Even though it really doesn't matter, as the characters from other pieces of fiction weren't just carbon copies, they fit in the story of KH perfectly...
Yeah, I think I got it.
JakeN7 ;P
GOOD! RESPECT THE KINGDOM HEARTS!!!
xD
Jmarshmallow
BWAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAAHAHA!
Sorry. Just taken aback because I was expecting a real rebuttal. :P
@jmarshmallow: The blind fanboyism in your responses sicken me!
...y'know I really like Kingdom Hearts, right?
I stand by the story being a big crock pot of steamed sh!te told in a ridiculously confusing order!
...but the stories of the core games aren't hard to grasp. Just everything else that fleshes out the lore and universe.
@jaken7: Oh...well then...in that case....
You win this round, but KoToR is overrated.
;D
*trolololololololo*

. . .
I thought my trolling was pretty obvious from the start.
If it wasn't, I guess my trolling worked to perfection, which in that case, I reached my goal.
@dccomicsrule2011: I decided to stop being boring after the first couple of responses and just play along. ;P
