Best Game Console $100 or Below

Can any body tell me a good game console $100 or below?

Some really old consoles. Nothing from the past few years.

I forgot to mention to include tablets and other stuff.

Nooooo. Emulation or GTFO XD

Dreamcast, PSP, or PS2. Those are the best consoles you can get for under 100 bucks IMO.

You could also just seek something else.

I'm being serious here. It's not my money so the price is more limited -_-

Well tbh my laptop isn't the best, anything beyond PSX kills it...but that is still sooooo many games :)

Hehe! You definitely can't beat the real thing overall, but emulation will do in a bind :)

Well, my laptop is totally poo so I sympathise. It struggles to run a lot of modern games, it's kinda old. But it still runs gen one Playstation really really well. Hopefully that is the case for you too :) Can be tough having a low spec PC/laptop, but going retro is probably the best way to get some fun out of a more dated machine.

Eh, it's a hard price range, basically any decently modern console will be more expensive, and the ones that aren't you can probably pick up for free somewhere. Imho, if I couldn't scrape up enough cash to buy a newer system i'd stick to emulating on my PC and ask for another gift.

Just get PS2 and GTA: SA.

An XBOX One, you pay 100 someone else pays the rest

A cheap budget tablet is easily the best answer, you have very easy access to a ton of games as well as it's functions beyond that.

Any old console will be very awkward to acquire games for in comparison.

In my experience stuff from the PS2 generation can be difficult to get running regardless.

Yep, that's been my experience too.

Totally understandable. Heck, sometimes it's that way even when you are from that generation. Gaming has come a long way ;)

@rocketraccoonthingy: You skate? Nice one! :) They're all pretty tidy, liking the first one most though. The third was a close runner up, but the colours on that skull are fantastic.

@bumpyboo: I skate alright but I don't do much tricks. Just ollies, some footplants, slides and sometimes flips. I've been drooling over the first skateboard for a year now.

@bumpyboo: Thanks! You should try skating! It fights obesity and it's a really cool sport. You don't need other dudes cause you could do it on your own. That's the one thing I like about skateboarding.

If you're lucky you can find a 4 GB PS4 on Amazon for 100 bucks or less. Our 250gb costed 500$ For 5 years ago, im sure its lower now.

@rocketraccoonthingy: might as well get the fat ps2 for cheap since you can play both ps1 and 2 if you got the memory card. I'm actually playing my ps2 rn

@rocketraccoonthingy: That one's the Powell Peralta Blacklight right? If you buy the parts separately, it'll get you over $100. They only sell those for around $87. I suggest you get them.

I skate too! I am using a longboard right now. I used to have one of those 80's type skateboards. It's broken now though. :-(

Mine is an all black one. It doesn't have a design and it's a japanese brand that I can't find anywhere on google. It is very similar to the shape.
