Hip-Hop: Late 80s-Early 2000s.

80's- early 2000's IMO

That one with Iggy Azalea.

The 1990s. Tupac, Biggie, Mariah Carey, Whitney Houston, Boys 2 Men, N.W.A., Toni Braxton, Celine Dion, ....etc. Not to mention it was probably the greatest decade ever too.

My personal favorite eras of music are the '70s and the '000s.

2000-2015.

Cavemen had some decent beats back in the day.

90s Hip Hop of course.

I was kinda torn between that and Classic R&B, but Classic R&B spans multiple choices on the poll (60s and 70s)

60s - 70s had the best variety of music. I like so much stuff from back then. Rock n Roll and Country megastars Jerry Lee Lewis, Roy Orbison, Johnny Cash and Merle Haggard were in their prime. Pre Disco era R/B and Soul like The Temptation, The Supremes and Otis Redding. You had Psychedelic and Garage bands like 13th Floor Elevators, MC5, The Stooges. Glam at it's best with David Bowie and the New York Dolls. And the birth of punk, Ramones, Dead Boys, The Damned.

This answer is near-impossible for me to answer, I just said the 90's so I could see if anyone voted "other".

I like them all, but probably early 80s though early 90s.

The 90s. Most of what I listen to comes from that era.

The era was the 1950 - 1960's. That's when Jazz was at its absolute peak.

1600-1900 The complexity achieved in this era of music was simply astounding as well as the effort put into it. Some of the most beautiful music came from here, can't say I don't enjoy modern but it doesn't really hold up.

What's wrong with Yeezy? He has some of the most socially introspective, layered, and socially conscious lyrics of any current or past rapper, his talent with production(Being able to switch through so many different styles of music throughout his albums) is damn near flawless, and the dude has 5 bonafide classic albums on his list of accomplishments. I mean, say what you want to say about Kanye as a person and about his personality, but he's a phenomenal artist.
