This is probably a repeat thread but oh well. What position do you play, and what teams do/have you played for? Me personally am a 5'6" PG, who is mainly a passer. I got cut from JV my sophmore year (First year of basketball) and since then is this passion to get better everyday. Getting better so I might be able to make the team my senior year. Skipping this year to play church ball to gain some more experience.
Basketball Players?
I played for my high school, and am currently the small forward for my university team (I live in Canada). I usually play either forward position (often alternate) depending on my team's needs or just for random pickup games. I'm a little above 6'6", and love playing competitively (actually using defensive strategies, sets, etc.) or just for fun at some street courts. I've never considered the pros, or wanted to do it for a living. I'll always love the game though, even when I'm old, grey, and can barely move.

Nice, what college (university)?

I played Basketball in High School and Community College... usually played the 1 and the 2.
I tried to play the 2, didn't like it so I moved to the 1.
I played in high school, the 4 and 5 though I was short for the position (6' 3 1/2") was way too lazy and never really put any effort in. Hated running suicides, hated 3 man passing drills, basically anything outside of actually playing in games. People took it too seriously because that was one of their ways out, I just wanted to have fun (lame, I know).
@Xanni15:
I tried to have fun, but when you don't have a permanent spot on the team, it is kinda hard. With 100 underclassmen coming out trying to take my spot, I had to take it serious.
