Avengers Vs. X-Men

So there seems to be a lot of hype, especially on the Marvel website (as you would imagine) so out of the two who do you think would win? And why? Also if you wish to, you may state the contributing factors over how the team you have chosen (Avengers or X-Men) may become victorious.

Avengers. More powerhouses.

I've chosen the Avengers because of the sitation. However, this evnt is complete crap and shows no signs of getting better.
