I know the right thing to say is judge a person based on how they behave, etc, etc, but seriously, I draw the line at 18. At 18, you are an adult in my eyes (and the law in most countries) and I will treat you like one. That means you behave like one. Barring any mental disabilities, I give no room for any immature crap you might throw my way, and I sure as hell won't give you any when it comes to wearing your big boy (or big girl) underpants.
