Want to see Hunter X Hunter too. Is Fate/Stay good?

Fate/stay night which was on around 2006, then Fate/Stay Night : Unlimited Blade works, which is going now

and then Fate/Zero which is a prequel that came around 2011

So I should watch Fate/Stay Night(2006) first before, Fate/Stay Night: Unlimited Blade Works right? I'm at the first episode of Unlimited Blade Works.

Also question, do you watch anime reviewers on Youtube? If so, who do you watch?
