@god_spawn: what would you do if you had Silver Surfers powers for a week?
Ask The God Spawn.
@god_spawn: I'm glad that you're doing fine. I'm pretty good as well, thanks.
What would you say is your favourite pick up line to use? And a pick up line that hits the nail in the coffin if a girl(or guy) says to you?
@cable_extreme: Cosmic surfing and blowing random asteroids and things up. And go wherever I want to go.
@scorpion2501: I don't really use pick up lines, I just kind of go up to them introduce myself, ask their name, and if they want to dance or something. I might every so often when I know the girl and use it to mess around. My two favorites are "Is your dad a baker? Cuz you got a sweet ass." And the other is "You like pokemon? Then lemme get a Pikachu".
The biggest turn off line from a girl would be if the first thing they do is come up to me and ask me to buy them a drink. I just see that as trying to use me, but if I've been dancing with them for awhile or if it's my girl and we're on a date or something, then I have no problem buying whatever they want.

That's pretty much my MO apart from the terribad jokes :p
What's your favorite Chris Jericho entrance music out of these three.
1. King of my World.
2. Break the Walls the Down.
3. One crazed anarchist.
Favorite active wrestler who is not on WWE or TNA?
Will Dolph Ziggler beat the Miz at Summerslam or are WWE Creative gonna troll the IWC again.
Do you think people are going to stop cheering Reigns, and if so, how long.
@laflux: break the walls down. It's too intertwined with Jericho lol.
On the Indy scene...Bryce Benjamin.
Miz will probably retain because he just won it and has yet to do much with it.
That depends. Reigns right now is over. His moveset gets people excited. If wwe doesn't do anything for awhile, eventually it could die down. Or he could stay up there. It depends how Reigns and creative blend. He is a newer guy so he has a time to adapt and grow. But it all depends.
1) how long have you been a mod?
2) favorite thing about being one?
3) favorite pet animal?

@theoneabovetoaa: Green.
@god_spawn: Really? Two years. I still remember sending you a PM to congratulate you when you got the gig :P
@god_spawn: Good man.
Back squats out of preference, but I do both in my routine.
Max deadlift is 550.
Max overhead press is 225.
I generally hate crossfit...a lot. I liked that they do some Olympic lifting, but I've seen some really stupid things they do and some of their practices aren't for me.
Favorite mod other than Saren (I heard you two are pretty close so that's why I excluded him)?
Did you have to sacrifice any goofy part of your personality when you became a mod?
Do you wish you had never been chosen to be a mod?
I'm probably closer to @mercy_ than any other mod. She was my first friend on here. So she'd be my favorite.
Not really. I've become more serious as a person over the last couple years, but I still goof off quite a bit.
Nope. It's not something that was forced on me. I could have turned down the offer if I wished.
@comicace3: It's not that it is really looked down. The thing with bodybuilding is a lot of people will try and be as big as possible. So during bulking periods, bodybuilders will eat tons and tons of food, put on some fat etc, and that is all to put themselves in the optimal position to gain mass. If you're too lean, you won't put on as much muscle mass as fast, think ectomorph vs endomorph. That doesn't mean to go out and be a blob, but your body produces the most muscle at a certain body fat percentage. I forgot the percentage off the top of my head, but anyways, cardio is generally considered to be the quickest way to lose fat aside from a good diet. So when it is time to cut, bodybuilders won't be afraid to hit the treadmill or run. Not all do, but it isn't looked down so much. So for bulking they need that caloric surplus. When they cut, not so much.
The other thing with cardio is if you do too much, your body will use muscle tissue as a source of energy. It's not easy to reach that point, but if you think about it, you really don't see too many jacked marathon runners, right? And a whole point of bodybuilding is to be the biggest and most ripped guy. Too much cardio can hinder that.
@god_spawn: Ah. I see thanks.

Using marathon runners is quite an extreme example though, don't you think? Cardio is easy to maintain if you keep a good carb intake and don't allow your calories to fall below the expenditure. It takes 90 minutes for your body to start using your more extreme forms of energy reserves and even longer for it to use your muscle tissue as energy, I personally think it's a myth that cardio effects muscle gain unless you are a high end long distance runner. The only reason bodybuilders are afraid to hit the treadmill is because they assume that muscle will just go overnight. That's not how our bodies work. It's just a bodybuilding myth and them being misinformed. Humans love extremes, and this is just one of the examples of that polarizing preconception. It's either one or the other, but that's not the case.
@god_spawn: ♥
d'awww :)
@pyrogram: Not exactly sure where we are disagreeing? I even brought up it takes quite a while for your bodies to start using something like muscle tissue as a fuel. I may have forgotten the exact number off of the top of my head, but we are basically saying the same exact thing in the end.
@god_spawn: Not disagreeing really, just adding extra-info. Sometimes my tone of voice can be heated, accidentally lol
@god_spawn: When are we up for PREPARE TO DYEH GOKU 2?
@yourneighborhoodcomicgeek: I'm on mobile right now and I won't be home much the rest of today and probably tomorrow. I say we lock it down over the weekend and do it then.

Alright no problem. Let's try and sort out the cast.
