yup. i'm a vegan (when it comes to my habits of eating).
What happens with meat is, the human body wasn't made to digest meat. and when you eat it, the stomach will see it as a foreign, undigestable object and produce white blood cells to cleanse itself of it, placing a large amount of stress on your immune system.

top things i eat? well a common misconception is that there is no protein source. however, this is not the case. things like kale, peanuts spinach are great caution with peanuts though, too much peanuts in your diet can cause breakouts of acne.
thing with meat is, it DOES contain alot of protien, but by the time your food is done being attacked by the immune system and digested, it's lost over 50% of the protien it started out with. on top of that, when meat is cooked, it also loses protien.

Good explanation but I'd recommend weight lifting above cardio any day of the week. Cardio only burns calories while during the exercise. When you lift weights, you continue to burn calories for an additional 24 hours. Now you don't have to be a body-builder to do it so don't become intimidated. Also, proper eating is the ABSOLUTE number one way to losing weight, not exercise. You can work out 7 days a week, 5 hours a day and still if you don't eat healthy and properly, you'll still be overweight.

it matters. shark, whales contain high amounts of mercury. sooo... stay away from that... idk where you live bro, but i know people who do eat them.
and fish, it matters. it should be fresh. when fish die, the flesh will begin building up an acidic compound that can be marful to your health.
my grandmother didn't watch out for this, and now she can't eat seafood. it can be fatal to her.
EDIT: Fish can be good or bad. it depends on where you buy it. (as in fresh, and sanitary, etc... the usual cautions with foods)

Pretty pissed. Professor Zoom was just explaining that he no longer existed in the time stream, he is one with the negative speed force, and next thing i know, BAM.... dead... WTF
