I wonder how well this can go. We shall see.
Have any questions you wanted to ask a Christian? Ask away.
I only ask that we maintain a mutual respect for one another and a certain level of maturity.

@pperspectiveandreality: Do you accept the evidence of evolution?
@pperspectiveandreality: Do you accept the evidence of evolution?
you're going to be surprised. My answer is yes.
@saint_rog_el: I'm not a Catholic so i don't really know too much about him. I see him as a man that God made and have the same reverence for him as i would for anyone else.
Do you love Jesus?
with everything. yes.
I'm running out of posts for the day so you can continue to ask and i'll just pm you.
@pperspectiveandreality: I mean he's doing alot of stuff which is going on the news so that's why I asked. Also in the future you could respond multiple people in one post.
Are you Catholic or Protestant? If you're Protestant, what sect do you belong to?(Lutheran, Presbyterian, etc.)
Do you believe homosexuality is a sin? If so, do you believe it is just another one of the many sins we all commit everyday, or is it on a whole other level?
Do you consider yourself tolerant and respectful of other people's faiths and lifestyles?
What is one thing you wish you could change about a non-Christian's perception of Christianity?
I have more but I'll leave it at that and hope this thread remains a mature open dialogue between us all. :)

1. I don't personally identify with any group. Our family believes religion is something that serves to seperate God's children rather than bring them together.
2. I'm hesitant to comment because I am not well versed in the book of Leviticus or Proverbs yet. i started reading Leviticus recently and couldn't get past the first three verses. But, from what i understand, sin is sin. Me stealing a pencil from a classmate is= to stealing a car in God's eyes.
3. My grandmother taught us this adage. "if you spend 6 months in your old business and then 6 months in your new business you wont have time for anyone elses." the idea being that getting my own soul into heaven is a full time job so worrying about someone else, in that regard, is a foolhardy endeavor.
4. I wish that i could get people to see that God is all about love and free will and acceptance. The reason i couldnt get past the first 3 verses in Leviticus is because it held such a powerful message for me about God and how he gives us free will. (ill explain this in further detail if anyone asks.) God isnt angry or vengeful or chomping at the bit to throw people into hell. That's the perception i wish i could change. and i try to change with my own actions. be the change you want to see you know...
Can God create a bolder so heavy that he himself can not lift it?
You'd have to ask him....and God is a spirit so.....yeah you'd have to ask him. I am ill equipped to provide an adequate answer.
What political party are you?
How morally strict are you?
Do you agree with all religions? (I don't)
hmmm i dont really have one. I tend to have more conservative values but i disagree with a lot of what the conservative party says and does. I feel like politicians are civil servants that don't recognize the duty they have to the people for the most part.
That is a broad question but i'll try to answer it succinctly. I'll suffice it to say I believe in modesty and meekness. Hope that helps.
Absolutely not.
I have a question id like to ask you in a pm. so if you could pm me so i could as it id greatly appreciate it
@pperspectiveandreality: Okay.

That's hard. abortion wasn't an issue when the bible was written so, to me, it's an issue you must pray about and get your answer from God. I hate to leave you with so many idk's but I believe that part of being a Christian is accepting that I can't know everything. I've never been in a situation when i had to have abortion as a part of my life in any capacity so i'm thankful for that. That being said i can't imagine God is too happy aboutit....But i shouldnt presume to understand God either.
I'm into blue at the moment.

Oh....
@pperspectiveandreality: Lol all great answers ;)
Do you like your students?
@pperspectiveandreality: What do you think about Jehovah's Witnesses? (I hate it when, in memes, they always make the JWs ask a stupid question as "Have you found Jesus?" like they don't know where he's at. I never once heard a JW ask that question.)
@pperspectiveandreality: I don't feel that pm is necessary.
I'm an atheist, what do you have to ask me?
@jonez120: I dot want to derail the thread. It's sort of an unrelated question.
For the most part. Some are rotten because the parents don't care. They don't listen because thy think the wrong behavior is the right behavior. It's not their fault it's their parents. But I only have them for 5 hours a week so I can only do so much. It's sad really
@pperspectiveandreality: Seems like you just described some of my classmates perfectly....
@pperspectiveandreality: Time to get out the ol' questions again...
Favourite method of destroying a planet?
Favourite Method of devouring a cat?
Ever read Vertigo?
Do you dig giant robots?
I just want to say, it's nice to see another Christian on the internet who is reasonable and logical. Sometimes I feel like I'm the only one. I pretty much agree with all of the answers you've provided so far, and I'd be willing to take questions as well if anyone would like a second opinion from another Christian.

I'll PM, as an atheist...
Are you a creationist?
@explodingpineapple: @mrdecepticonleader:
It won't let my ins send for some reason. And I'm out with my buds now but I'll paste the question here. I really hope
This isn't offensive.:
Ok. Thank you for the welcome. So I'm writing a novel. Something I've been working on for a while now. And to make a long story short. It's about an apocalyptic event that kills millions. And there's a group sitting around a campfire and asking what goes through the minds of people when they think the world is ending. I have an answer for the Christian and the Jew and the Muslim etc. but I can't think of a good answer for te atheist. So I ask you. What goes through an atheists mind when they think the world is ending?
Vanilla
Is it a sin to like Bacon?
@deathstroke19: @kingofash: @mrdecepticonleader:
I am but it's complicated because I believe in evolution as well. I'll explain in greater detail if you like
King:
Natural disaster
Fork and knife
American vampire
Never saw it :/
Yeah. I try to tell them that education is there friend and they can't fight everybody to solve problems. But when their parents are showing them that violence solves problems and that school doesn't matter and they are always right my words have little resonance
You're brave man, there is people on here that I wont name names I said I wont, who do you think I am?, that are gonna try to eat you alive.
Eh Maybe so. But my faith isn't weak enough to be shaken by a different opinion or belief or lack thereof
@pperspectiveandreality: cool, I wasnt actually saying that though, I was just warning that people sometimes take these things to far and try to get up all in your face about it, just basically flame the thread.
