Are the forums having a hiccup?

The top two threads in Off-Topic are locked and have no last poster and just generally seem very out of place. Are they bugged? Why are there occasionally threads with the "last poster" listed as nothing, with no time given for when the post was? Are the forums haunted or something?

I thought I was the only one having these problems! They're also like 5 floating locked threads in the Battles board.
