Are Paranormal Investigations real?

Probably a stupid question and perhaps one that's been asked before..But it's something I ponder about sometimes. Every now and then I'll watch those paranormal documentaries or investigations on YT and wonder.."How much of this is actually credible?". I stopped watching Ghost Hunters for ex a long time ago because it's so easy to tell how much of their stuff is staged..It is a tv show after all so they've got to come up with something to keep the viewers interested however are any of these investigator types actually real? Like are there really groups that will check out these supposed "haunted" locations?

If so..What's actually reliable evidence? I've always found it silly to watch some of these shows,like Ghost Hunters,when they say things like "I think I'm being touched" since how in the world is someone able to verify that lol..Anyone could say they're being touched.

Fake to me.

The investigations are real. As for the evidence, that's the real question. I personally believe in ghosts but do not think they are human apparitions. And I believe most of the medium/psychic mumbo-jumbo is just ridiculous and makes ghost investigations look like play-pretend scenarios.

Yes they are real... but what they are investigating? That's another story.

I believe that there are some genuine investigations.

Yeah that's what gets me wondering..Because some of these documentaries/shows/investigations/whatever has some experts or whoever actually using science/logic to disprove some of these "ghosts." Psychological issues,rusty pipes,and the other explanations that debunk what some feel are causing their haunting..Yet sometimes the process doesn't answer it so it leaves me to question if the evidence is simply a mystery sometimes. For me I can take the investigators more seriously than supposed "Psychics" since like I said about the touching bit..how do you validate such claims?

I've watched some of these shows and they are pretty lame. Whether they are real investigations or staged crap, who cares. They're just not very entertaining.
