They seem to aim more on the quantity like being the lead of how many Movies they make over actaully putting years of work into a Movie to improve it. AoU for example released just a few months after GotG. ASM 2 released just a month after Captain America: WS.

Compare it to DC and you see a huge quantity differnce, and if i am going to have an opinion, DC's Movies seems more well made.

I rather want a really good made Movie than a unwell made lol

Marvel didn't release ASM2, Sony did.

The Winter Soldier and Guardians are better than anything DC has ever put out other than the Dark Knight....and I still say The Winter Soldier is better than TDK.

@lateralus: winter soldier is a pos campared to tdk. The only thing it's better at is action, and even that is a stretch that cause that last battle was boring as hell and had a dramatic angle to it. And it still failed!

@transformers1024: you should compare MOS with Cap 1, Ironman, Thor or The Incredible Hulk. Instead of a sequel. Agreed on GOTG, Daredevil and Flash are debatable.

I watched a couple episodes of Daredevil and I would say It as alright but Arrow used to be better in season 1-2.

@elderskaar: It's fine to me, I don't want 10 year waiting periods. And what's "good" to people varies. I think the majority of people watching like them. I know some comic movies i absolutely hate are loved, and vice versa.

DC is just a little late to the party. They will be releasing BvS and Suicide Squad, along with a long slate of movies over the next several years.

Marvel is averaging about 2 movies a year and do so when the movie market is at it's strongest (roughly around summer time). This seems appropriate to me.

No. 2 movies a year is the right amount. Just imagine if they got Xmen back. Then they would have to do 3 movies a year.

Everyone is making too many movies. The market is going to be incredibly saturated very soon, and this comic book movie bubble is about to pop.

I mean, just look at this schedule!

2015:

  • May 1: Avengers: Age of Ultron
  • July 17: Ant-Man
  • August 7: Fantastic Four (Fox)

2016:

  • February 12: Deadpool (Fox)
  • March 25: Batman V Superman: Dawn Of Justice
  • May 6: Captain America: Civil War
  • May 27: X-Men: Apocalypse (Fox)
  • August 5: Suicide Squad
  • October 7: Gambit (Fox)
  • November 4: Doctor Strange

2017:

  • March 3: Untitled Wolverine sequel (Fox)
  • May 5: Guardians of the Galaxy 2
  • June 2: Fantastic Four 2 (Fox)
  • June 23: Wonder Woman
  • July 28: Marvel Studios co-produced Spider-Man film (Sony)
  • November 3: Thor: Ragnarok
  • November 17: Justice League, Part 1
  • Unscheduled: Bloodshot (Valiant/Sony)

2018:

  • March 23: The Flash
  • May 4: Avengers: Infinity War, Part 1
  • July 6: Black Panther
  • July 13: Untitled Fox Mystery Marvel film
  • July 20: Spider-Man Animated Feature (Sony)
  • July 27: Aquaman
  • November 2: Captain Marvel

2019:

  • April 5: Shazam
  • May 3: Avengers: Infinity War, Part 2
  • June 14: Justice League, Part 2
  • July 12: Inhumans

2020:

  • April 3: Cyborg
  • June 19: Green Lantern

That is over 30 movies in just the next few years. And I'm sure there are more announcements on the way.

Look like OP wants attention so he makes a sensationalistic thread that has been asked numerous times before.

Is there any reason that you're aware of as to why Disney doesn't buy the rights back from Fox? I'm genuinely curious.

What Sony , Fox, and Whoever else has a Marvel movie does isn't on Marvel. They don't own those characters and can't do anything about them. Also you think GL is better than anything marvel has put out lately shows me your bias

Wrong. The only thing TDK has over TWS is Heath Ledger's performance. Otherwise, TDK is a borefest. And speaking of final battles, TDK's is laughable.

Superhero is varied as a theme though. Using more usual film genres, you could have a sci fi, fantasy and thriller all in the same year for example.

I don't think so but I think they're upcoming production is a little much. They're going to start making 3 films a year instead of 2, and I think that might be a bit much. Don't want to saturate the market. Not to mention that WB and Fox will also be pumping out 2 a year.

Except Paul Blart is a trash movie and both TWS and DoFP are highly rated both critically and by fans.
