Anyone like Frank Ocean?

Just asking if he has any fans here, if you are than what is your favorite song/album? If you do not know who frank ocean is then go check him out, start off with nostalgia ultra(mix tape) and then go to channel orange. Great vocals lyrics and he has some great features such as Earl Sweatshirt, who is in the same group as frank(odd future). Also i would like to say hello to everyone, I am new to the vine and would like to have a nice stay.

I will start, my favorite song by Frank is Bad Religion, which is a song about a one sided relationship. This song is on Channel orange which you can find the entire album on youtube.

Well they are both Singers who have last names of Ocean... you said Frank Ocean makes good music I say Billy Ocean makes better music. Billy Ocean got hits like "Caribbean Queen" and "Suddenly" and "Get Outta My Dreams" and "There'll Be Sad Songs"... now what does Frank Ocean have ? That's right nothing.

I dont have a favorite album or mixtape from because i find his albums/mixtapes to be hit and miss. But i do have favorite songs : scared of beautiful, miss you, no church in the wild, swimming good.

Atm i am really into bad religion(can relate) and at one time Pink Matter, such a powerful song with so much emotion he just pours himself into it. I cannot wait until his next album drops, gonna be amazing(as usual).

Not really a fan, but I listen to his stuff from time to time. He has a lot of potential as an artist.

What is frank to you then? He is not mainstream and if you think he is not underground what is he? There are different levels of underground, just because frank does not pertain to your hipster level does not mean he is not underground.

@thenaughtytitan: he has high visibility, mainstream radio attention, etc. I think your standards of what constitutes being underground are the ones that should he checked out, not mine.

Only like 2, he has a few hits but he is not mainstream, especially not right now because he has not released an album in forever. Frank deserves billions of views and for how good he is it is crazy that he is not mainstream, he is simply not as popular as any mainstream people. He is in the middle in my opinion.......

What does the expression "hit and miss" have to do with the number of albums or mixtapes ? An album or a mixtape can be hit and miss by itself. What i meant is i cant say if the whole of his album or the whole of his mixtape is good or bad. Some songs are good, some songs are bad and it left me with a very strange impression.

Your comment does not say this. You do not say some of his songs are hit and miss you said "i find his albums/mixtapes to be hit and miss" which means you think some of his "albums/mixtapes"are hit and miss. The reason this does not makes sense is because he has only put out one of each. It may not be what you meant but it is what you said.
