Is it just me or is anime just better than comic book based cartoons? Also Comics books are better than Manga. Werid?

Thought i'd just make this to see opinions.

This. For me DC Animations > Anime... But I haven't seen any Marvel aside from the 90's X-Men that can compete with a top level Anime. I would agree with the comic books > manga thing though. I hope my otaku friends would not kill me.

I agree with TC to an extent.

My favorite anime series' are of better quality to me in story and art than my favorite comic based cartoons. But I prefer my comic books to manga.
