lol i know right. i almost seen this, not this event, but another just like it years ago when my dad and i went to the mountains in tionesta, pa. some guy he knew was tossing marshemellows or something at the cubs and you know mama was close behind. he was lucky he didnt end up like the guy in alaska

I feel bad for the guy, the fact you guys place animal lives over that of a human makes humanity look even worse.
I'm sure that guy didn't scare the cub intentionally. Running into bears is an unfortunate risk of hiking in Alaska (especially in June when bears are trying to fatten up for the winter). Most of the time, the bears aren't interested in you, but in a mother/cub situation anything can happen.
