Nor is carbon dioxide. The closest pure gas to air would be nitrogen, but would even that be usable? What about water? That's included in air. So do you then have some limited control over water as well? These are important questions. "
True. You bring up a valid, but I'm assuming he means you may only control the chemical composition of the air on earth.
