For example, a classic that everyone knows about except for me is pulp fiction... EDIT: since the creation of this thread i've seen it: LOVED it.

@14nc3: Lol! Before seeing your post I was about to say Pulp Fiction too. I'm not really into watching TV to be honest.

Zero Dark Thirty as of lately.

300, Fight Club, Pulp Fiction, GodFather movies... Pretty much most flicks older than the 00's. Grew up in a house without TV. I've indulged a lot since leaving.

I just can not stand horror films

I havent seen any of the Indiana Jones movies.. Everytime I have time I just dont really feel like it, they look kinda dull.

And I havent seen the Godfather movies either.

There's one that old? Is it the Michael Keaton one? If so -- no (I don't think so) -- if it's the one with the other guy, lol -- then no.

I've seen so many clips and whatnot that I feel like I have seen them, or maybe they were playing in the background while I did schoolwork -- but nope -- not start to finish.

Yep it is and Jack Nicholson is the Joker. Michael Keaton played Batman in that one and Returns with Penguin in.

And Nolans Batman films are certainly worth the watch as well.

There's a really easy fix for that problem. Go watch Pulp Fiction.

I kinda agree, some of these answers baffle me. I mean how have you never seen The Godfather? On principle alone I watched it. Same with Star Wars. What? Do you live under a rock?

Star Wars (the original trilogy) were so much better than Inception. The only thing Inception is good for is garnering a "Dafuq did I just watch" response.

I can probably run my movie memories into a robot's hard drive, the poor thing can probably semi-function normally just using the dialogues from those movies.

It'd be like he invented a language from ransom notes cut out of a floor of magazines.

I watched Scarface once and I'm not intending to watch it again. It was far from being my favorite mafia films. My favorites would be Godfather I, Godfather II, Goodfellas. But my friends really wants me to watch it again because a lot of the plot escaped my memory.

Since I didn't care for the movie, that comes with no surprise. Once awhile the movie would come up in our conversation and I'll draw huge gaps because tons of stuff from the movie already escaped me. Still, I'm not sure if I'll ever watch it again.

Watchmen. I heard it was good, but I also heard that it's a tomato fest. I can watch certain levels of violence but people really seem to exaggerate this. So I'm kind of scared haha.

This. I don't know if its cliché but woman really seem to exaggerate this.

Wow, that's surprising actually. hugely overrated though it's just a pretty movie.
