Actually it's more like $440 million. He's doing it for comedy/PR purposes. Snow = slang term for cocaine. He has often rapped about selling coke. I would think this would be kinda obvious, but apparently not. "

I woke up this morning to find it snowing. I've got to call him. Sidewalk, driveway, everything is covered in about an inch of snow.
