Didn't Raptors sorta win the war games with a 3-1 ratio? And those were not just regular F-15's. They were Strike Eagles. F-15E's. I'm going with Raptors here.

Aesthetics is a different issue altogether, though. I prefer the butch feel of the F-15. Kinda like how I prefer the look of an Apache over the discontinued Comanche.

What in terms of overall ability ? The F 22 there is no dispute as it is a more advanced aircraft.

As in terms of looks I dont know,Starscream has transformed into both.I probably like the aesthetics of both as much.

The F-22 is far more advanced than even the most advanced Eagle (The F-15E) so the Raptor easily wins.
