32.3 quadrillion shots fired in Call of Duty

Activision today released a new Call of Duty infographic revealing various statistics that speak to just how much of a behemoth the first-person shooter series really is.

Since the release of Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare in 2007, more than 100 million people have played a game in the series. Activision points out that number is larger than the population of countries like France, Germany, Italy, and the United Kingdom.

Players have fired 32.3 quadrillion shots and logged 25 billion hours, which is equivalent to 2.85 million years, or longer than the entirety of human existence, Activision said.

Call of Duty players have called in 31 billion Care Packages since the feature was introduced in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 and have destroyed 5 billion cards, which is 5 times the number of registered vehicles in the world, according to Activision.

I disagree to the number of Opinions I am a multiplayer Junkie and I enjoy Call of Duty when I come back home. I can Understand where you're coming from. But I hate how most people Jump the bandwagon of hate towards Call of Duty, It annoys me that they hate Call of Duty without a thought of what they are going on about. The most popular reason you would hate it (And I agree to this) Is the seemingly endless fan-base of 7-12 year olds continuously playing these games and asking every year for their parents to buy it. This is my Opinion, but I like to play Call of Duty. Feel free to bash me.

I've never really been into first person shooters. Then my brother-in-law turned me onto zombies mode in black ops one. While fairly entertaining I never felt the need to go out and buy it. He gave me Black Ops 2 for my birthday and I probably played it once a month for half a year and then I actually tried playing online. I didn't realize there were other game modes than team death-match at first but I've taken a liking to other game modes, Demolition. and Domination Hardcore specifically. It's a fun game in small doses. Story mode wasn't bad either.

Jokes on them most of those bullets were just me firing into the air.

I don't play call of duty as much as halo so I'm probobly not included in the number.

I do like shooting stuff.
