28 Days Later, realistic and done very well.

I have to choose between Killer Tomatoes, X Files and Twilight Zone?!

I'm assuming you mean theme song...to me it's a tie between Twilight Zone and Halloween...but for the sake of voting, I say Twilight Zone.

Voted for nightmare on elm street theme,though I like some of the others too such as the Halloween one.

Halloween, closely followed by The Thing.

And the classic Psycho theme. I like the 1998's version of the track.

The Shining's soundtrack, I don't think this counts as a theme but it was really scary when I first watched it. It's in the opening scene, and it already did its job letting me know something is up in this movie.

The Exorcist theme is just classic.
