I have a $100 credit for digital comics. Let that sink in. Ok, fully sunken and settled?
How should I spend it? Can I have reccomendations for past issues and storylines to buy?
Only pre-New 52 DC, Star Wars, pre-Now! Marvel please.

@Icarusflies: @Decoy Elite: Batman, the Batman family, Green Lantern, Spider-Man, Superman, Thor, possibly other street levelers. I've read stuff here and there but not enough on any of them.
@KnightRise: Bendis had a good run on DD you might like and Alias is an interesting street level book although it's not very "superheroish".
Batman wise Hush is a pretty nice modern story and if you somehow missed The Killing Joke it's always there. Oh and Knightfall is actually a pretty good story and Knight Quest had some good bits.
@KnightRise: The tie-ins are mostly collected with the series. I mean, there are a few small crossovers (I believe Young Justice showed up once), but the story you need is in the collections.

@Billy Batson: what issue does Simonson's run start?

I would recommend Ostrander's Suicide Squad, Secret Six, Bendis' Daredevil, Ennis' Punisher Max.
I don't think you can use that money wisely, so to keep comicvine safe and you, it's best to just give that credit to me.
@guttridgeb: Anything EU that wasn't really covered in the movies. I've read a few novels with Boba, the NJO, the Solo twins, but no comics yet.
Problem though: my credit might not work on darkhorse.com.....................
@KnightRise: If it does work, I recommend:
Hawkeye. It's the best Marvel series out there, and is very street level. It's what Hawkeye does on his days off when he's not Avenging (or is it Avengering?). The other Hawkeye is in it too. There are 7 issues. $20.93 gets you them all.
Daredevil (volume 3). The current Waid run is awesome. This would be be the best series at Marvel if not for Hawkeye. On both this and Hawkeye, it's the amazing combination of words and pictures that makes the series truly stellar. There are 23 issues out right now, The first 15 are $1.99, the next 8 are $2.99. For $53.77, they're all yours.
Batman: Year One and Batman: The Dark Knight Returns. If there are you two Batman stories you should have on your iPad, these are them. You should be able to read these whenever the mood strikes you. I come back to them year after year. $15.92 gets you all 8 issues from these two stories.
Okay, that gets us to $90.62. How do we spend that last $9.38? I'm glad you asked.
Justice League: The Nail #1-3. One of my favorite Elseworlds comics ever. The story is basically, "What would the DCU be like if a nail popped a tire in the Kents truck on their drive before they came across Kal-El's rocket?" It is fantastic. There's a sequel that's a little less fantastic, and we're a little low on funds at this point, so I'm not including it in this recommendation. All three issues are yours for $8.97.
That brings your total $99.59, leaving you with a tidy $0.41 to put towards the next issue of Hawkeye.
I hope this helped.
@guttridgeb: Nice thanks I haven't tried yet
@Glitch_Spawn: You jelly, grab some toast!
@impossibilly: Thanks I'll likely get the Nail. Year One and DKR I've had for a while
