The 2006 Finch suit is what drew me to the character in the first place. Love the blue glowing eyes. But the original is a close second. What about an option for the original original suit, featured in Werewolf by Night 32? Granted, it's my least favorite design, but still incredibly different from other incarnations.

haha Outside of nostalgia value, I doubt it's anyone's favourite. That cape is just ridiculous :)

I love Shlavey's Mr Knight Design the most, but most follow up has to be his updated version of Moon Knight's classic costume

I can't believe I haven't voted on this before, so I apologize for my tardiness.

I have to say that my all-time favorite is his Werewolf by Night design - it's just so different from anything else I've ever seen.

I can't say there's a bad design out there & I love them all (maybe I'm biased); but strictly for uniqueness alone - the Werewolf by Night is my favorite with the current armor coming in as a fairly close 2nd.
