It looks like the Kree/Atlantean from last season.

Could be Kree (Guardians Of The Galaxy).

Could be Atlantean (Atlantis was on the world map in the background of Iron Man 2).

My theory: Absorbing Man. That would be a cool villain to introduce to the MCU.

haven't seen atlantean/kree on Shield yet... (havent watched all of season 1 in truth) but would be awesome. and appropriate considering GotG features Kree antagonists.

I would love it if the Absorbing Man came to the small screen. He has such fun powers. So many directions they could go in with that
