The Epiphany invasion plan kicks into high gear when the Martian moon Phobos falls into Earth’s orbit, and Mr. Biscuits takes flight. And who is the strange old man wearing a tattered blanket tied around his neck like a cape, and what’s his connection to J’onn J’onzz?
Martian Manhunter October Solicitation
@jonny_anonymous: One issue and Mr. Biscuits is already the breakout star. Such a creepy design.
@longbowhunter: Almost like J'onn was sacrificed so that DC could put him out there. How is Mr. Biscuits character wise?

Don't know much yet. Just tall, creepy and likes cookies (biscuits).
@longbowhunter: Sounds like Pre 52 J'onn with the cookie love.
@titanbreaker: I know, must be a Martian thing.
Why is there a sudden amount of interest and appeal to Mr Biscuits now? Don't get me wrong, I liked what Williams has done with him but this has seemingly come out of nowhere.
Good question. Being relatively new to MM myself I don't know much about this creepy character. The appeal from this comic for me is the story and art....
Wow, this looks awesome!

It's creepy and tonally fitting, but I'm still undecided on the ending of the second issue and the retcons to MMH's history and backstory.
