Has Bruce shown any hint whatsoever of feelings for Diana?

In New 52 I have not seen one sign of this at all.

I haven't even seen them have a conversation with each other if its not absolutely necessary or not about Superman.

Not really, but he hasn't for anyone else except Talia either so always a good place to start.

In FE batman was the only one who could use Ww lasso to free her and the jLA bc he shares a deep connection and batman just says they have known each other for a very long time, but it differently hints at something more between WW and Bats

Just consider it as something else they decided to keep from the previous continuity without mentioning it until they needed to use it.

In fact, the only time I remember the two ever having a big romance was in the Justice League cartoon series

I really hate that people bring that up. It was so out of left field, very out of character, and to my knowledge was never even hinted at ever again.

He did in forever evil. He was able to connect to her with her lasso and only someone with strong emotional connection to her can do that. Steve Trevor was the other person they considered doing it but batman was enough so its strongly implied he has some feeling for her.

So yes.

Greg Rucka wanted to but DC shot it down. Who knows where it could of gone.
