Also I think that you might be mistaking the fact that they respect Batman for the things that he's capable of with being scared of him. @doctor_fate500: No prob, but I'm not trying to take sides. TBH, I'm not really big on Batman's prep, and I still think he is slightly overrated, but I still have to admit that he is extremely capable of taking the JLA down due to having prior and full knowledge on them.
@jayc1324: The whole "use Superman" is wishful thinking on Batman's end.
1. There's no guarantee that Superman would win.
2. There's no guarantee that Superman would fight Wonder Woman on Batman's behalf. That's literally why Batman has been pressuring Superman to end their relationship.
3. If Batman uses someone else what's to stop Wonder Woman from using someone else to take out Batman?
@evil_incarnate: there's no gaurentee any plan ever will work but he still has one. And superman would definitely win anyway. And he had one pre 52. Geoff johns just couldn't think of a new way.
@jayc1324: Pre 52 was pure BS as was his plan for The Flash. It relied to heavily on the hope that neither would move out of the way or use their respective speed.
As is Batman has nothing in his arsenal nor readily available to put her down.

His plan is Superman. It is up to Supes if WW ever goes off the edge.

I understand what you're saying. I meant bats plans relied heavily on stealth to defeat the justice league in tower of babel. The way a lot of people make it sound is that batman could just solo the justice league in a direct confrontation, I was implying that this is untrue. Anyways I think that supes is the leader/president while batman is the general. Supes is constantly refered to as "the big gun" or "the big guy". Bats just comes up with the plans like a general would.
Tower of Babel is pure horsedung. Plans for Flash are to HOPE Flash doesn't use his superspeed to take Batman out before he reacts and then, in the pure fortune of that happening, he HOPES Flash doesn't just move out of the way. That plan is similar to his plan for Diana, he HOPES a lot for a "prep master". Perhaps the dumbest plan of all belongs to Green Lantern who he plans to hypnotize in his sleep. -_-...
I really wish people would stop quoting it as a way to prove Batman wins when, in actuality, all the villains already knew the heroes weaknesses and never took them out, but Batman would... because?
@jayc1324: Notice how the quote say "is hard" and not impossible? Plus, Superman's hearing works in the vacuum of space, his hearing isn't comparable to Daredevil.
@superguy1591: No, because, like @TrueKing95: (whom I completely agree with) said, it wasn't a direct confrontation. Do you really think Superman would waste his energy just to monitor an ally? Besides, Batman didn't do anything. It was Ras Al Ghul who did all the work (and his henchmen of course). If it were an open battle, then of course Superman, or almost any JLA member, would solo. But if caught off guard with prep, Batman (as much as I'd hate to admit it) has a high chance of winning.
