How long will it take Jean Grey to be X-Men leading lady again( scott woman)

Now that she back, I voted for less than 3 years.

Does she have to be Scott's woman to be a leading lady?

While I'm not opposed to Jean and Scott being a couple again, i'd actually prefer to see Jean being a/the head female role without being in a relationship for a while.

To be honest guys I agree with you. Jean Grey is a strong powerful woman who shouldn't need Cyclops to validate her existence or Wolverine for that matter.

She doesn't have to be with any of them, but comics are center around Cyclop's life, where there is Cyclops, there always leading lady. It was Jean Grey before and it's been Emma over last 9 years. Its the way it is. I was going to missed the Cyclops part out in the title, but Cyclops always had a girlfriend and they end up being X-Men leading lady.

I do think marvel will end up heading that way anyway, with young Jean Grey and young Scott Summers hanging around, they may end up replacing Emma and Scott, as the leading characters.

I give it 3 years, I don't see marvel getting rid of Jean Grey any time soon and if they do they just replace her with the old Jean Grey ( Morrison Jean Grey ).

I also think the only other X-ladies who have been X-Men leading ladies without a man being around is Storm and Rogue. Both of these ladies have a led a team without being tied to a relationship.

I would love Jean Grey be headmistress of her school and a leader of X-Men team, but I don't see that happening without Scott or Logan being around. It just the way it is.

I want jean not to be Cyclops girl I do not like him
