'Stark Week' Kicks off With a Free Digital Copy of IRON MAN #1

Last week, Marvel teased out the above image. August 3-7 was going to be "Stark Week." Today, Marvel kicked off Stark Week by delivering this tweet, which allows fans to get a free, digital comics.

If you click on the link, you can redeem your very own copy of the comic using the code "PREMIERE." IRON MAN #1 originally came out in 1968 and contains a retelling of Iron Man's origin story. Download the issue for yourself and check it out. We'll keep you updated on more Stark Week events!

I was for whatever reason expecting this to be the #1 from the new Bendis/Marquez series...but yeah this makes more sense. Still cool. I redeemed my copy.

Rip off! This is just one big advertisement for Marvel's new series. Everybody out there, your money is better spent on Image, Valiant, Archie, and various other independent comics companies. Indy Comics >> DC Comics >>>>> Marvel Comics.
