Your Indie Team vs. The Mighty

Just for fun make up a team of your own using only characters from independent comic book companies to be pitted against Marvel's new team ... the Mighty (new Power Man, old Power Man, She Hulk, Spider-Man, White Tiger, and Blue Marvel)...

... how would you defeat them? ...and with whom?

Ok- too difficult? How about just characters not from the big 2... better now?

Make a 6 person (or thing) team to fight them, defeat them and capture them- say who you'd pit against who and let's comment on each other's imagination and ingenuity.
