Your favourite character...

..does it change or stay the same? I know some people on here are dedicated followers of a particular character, dare I say it even "fanboys"! However, I tend to go through phases where I am interested inu particular characters. Recently it has been Iron Man, Hulk and Thor. Before that it was Flash, Green Lantern and Silver Surfer! I am about to move into studying some more street-levellers such as Nightwing and Daredevil!

Well since I am still kinda new to comics I find new characters I like on a regular basis, and sometimes they surpass old favorites. But my original favorites will ofcourse always have a spot in my heart.

It's been the same since childhood for me with Spiderman and Cap. But recently I've added both Nova and The Flash to my fav heroes that I follow.

Naw, Wolverine will always be the best there is for me. My top 10 favorite characters shift positions at times, but they have usually stayed the same.

Its fairly stable.

Unless someone is so awesome that they vault themselves into your heart.

Mine shifts from time to time but Venom and Spidey will always remain my Top 2

When I was younger it was Nightcrawler, but now it's Green Arrow.

Not coincidentally, blue and green are my two favorite colors.

Ehh, it might change from time to time but 3 characters will always be in it.

Spider-Man is always my favorite. Stuff after that can change

Like some folks have said, mine tend to remain the same unless I read something about a new character that I really like or someone breathes new life into a character I've always liked/thought was decent. Unfortunately, the opposite can also happen as growing up Batman was my favorite character but the way he's been written relatively recently has taken him off my list. :/ The same thing's happened with Wolverine. *shakes head* Good question and perspectives offered in the responses.

It used to be Batman. Now it's John Constantine.

Captain America has always been #1 for me. The next few spots change on occasion with Winter Soldier, Richard Rider, and Iron Fist up there.

Spider-Man has always been my top, he's so linked to my childhood and such a great hero. Besides him, Agent Venom and Scarlet Spider are on par with him at this point, and both of them are relatively new. Besides those three being tied at number 1, my number 2 and 3 (Batman and Hulk) have been consistent since I was a kid. After those, it gets pretty flexible.

Depends. My top 3 spots (Martian Manhunter, Batman & Spidey) tend to stay the same, and everything else below changes occasionally.

For years it's been a toss up between Captain America and Batman, but for me those two will always be my favorite superheroes and are equal in my eyes.

Doom and Hulk

well its kinda changed, i was fan of Venom when it was bonded with Brock and im now a fan of Agent Venom.

My top 2 fav heroes (Hulk & Batman) stay the same but the rest tend to fluctuate.

Same for the villains. (Green Goblin & Joker)

Before reading comics Batman was my number one and Superman number two when I started reading comics Green Lantern (Hal) became number one and adding other characters to top 10 (Nightwing, Deathstroke,The Flash, Aquaman and the X-Men (earlier issues)) But Green Arrow took the first place about a half year ago but Hal will stay number 2

My top 3 heroes always stay the same, although their positions might change.

I have two characters that have been consistently my favorite over the years

It changes every couple year pretty much, as chronological order (past to future) Spawn - Gambit - Thor - Archangel - Shazam - Black Bolt - Nightwing - Magneto
