hard one, cooler can robotic-ally regenerate, but if we are taking the big getty star out of the equation and just dealing with the powers and abilities of a single metal cooler unit, then im sure thor's god blast could incinerate him before the tech can merge back into one. altho, cooler's instant transmission abilities would give him a advantage.
