what is the question? in terms of popularity? i think deathstroke and gambit are much more popular then low mid-tier. gambit was in 80's cartoon so he is more famous and deathstroke was in like 3 tv shows counting the live action show arrow which is great.

If you're talking terms of power, yes. But Gambit's highest level, New Son, is in the upper echelon when it comes to power.
