Who are your 5 favorites?
Let's say some weird situation forced them to work together.
Would they make a good or bad team?
How deadly would they be?
Would they get along?
There are some things to think about.

my list changes constantly but currently they are
the doctor-dr who
batman-dc comics
rocket raccoon-marvel comics
wonder woman-dc comics
Hal Jordan-dc comics
I think they'd make a make a good team because they all bring a specific aspect to the team that would be helpful. I'm not sure whether the doctor would be willing to go along with violence but if it was necessary he has shown to be willing to help others enact the necessary amount. as long as it's the last resort and I definitely think they'd make a good team.
In no specific order, and just going with characters from the Big 2
Superman
Static
Green Arrow
Iron Man
Lex Luthor
I think, if Arrow and Superman can learn to work with Luthor, they would be an excellent team. Also, Stark is a bit of a troublemaker. He'd cause some troubles as well, I think, and no doubt he'd have some trouble dealing with Luthor himself, but I think it would also be reciprocal, (as opposed to the other two who would be suspicious of Lex.)
If they can work together, they'd be almost unbeatable though.
I guess they would work together well. Steve, Bucky, Sue, and Rich would work great together and be a good team. Good mix of leadership and power. Swamp Thing is a wild card as he has a lot of other things to do than be on a team.
Would they make a good or bad team?
Believe it or not, I think they would be a decent team.
How deadly would they be?
Pretty OP actually, I have a Kryptonian and a Time Traveler.
Would they get along?
Superman and Booster would obviously have trouble with 3 out of the 5 members being killers, but so what, they have their ways, the rest have their own.
Nightwing
Cyclops
Sinestro
Ultron
He-Man
Not Sure how they would work together..... Dick and Scott would probably be at odds of which one of them would Lead. Sinestro may make that even more complicated. Ultron would well not sure. He-Man would pretty much be like Superman power and personality wise. I honestly don't think they would function well together.
Superman
Hulk
Thor
Wolverine
Batman
I think thats a pretty good team. 3 top tier powerhouses and 2 top tier street levelers
Kaine
Wolverine
X-23
The Punisher
Scarlet Witch
When the enemy just absolutely, positively, HAS to be dead, send my team of mentally unbalanced killers with family issues.

I have so much trouble seeing GA getting along with Luthor or Stark(especially with some of the things he's done in the past)
My top 5 are:
1. Goku
2. Batman
3. Vegeta
4. Homer Simpson
5. Daredevil
They probably wouldn't be the best team, but they would be fun to watch!
Batman, Superman, WW, Daredevil and Spider-Man. Basically 3 street-levlers and 2 Gods. Not a good mix. And I prefer every single one of them in solo action.
DC/Marvel:
Batman, Flash, and Supes already have a ton of experience working together, and Spidey and Panther are familiar with each other. It's hard to imagine this team not functioning well with the minds of Bruce and T'Challa leading the way.

I expect a great deal of infighting at first. Eventually reconciling to begrudging respect, with a hint of hostility on all sides.
Let's see.
In no particular order:
Yeah, if the first three we'rent enough, I have Topo the Octopus.
Topo the Octopus is amazing. He's Aquaman's animal sidekick.
He shoots four bows at a time with nearly Green Arrow's accuracy.
Here's a video about Topo's greatness:
Nightwing, Red Hood, Deathstroke, Batman, and Red Robin. If Slade could come to terms with the rest of the team then it would be an amazing team.
Marvel:
If Rocky takes the lead, Hulk is a heavy hitter, Carol is versatile, Peter lends his intellect, and Thompson's versatility and helps plan using his military background and uses his espionage skills I think they'd be very entertaining to read. Not to mention the personality dynamic. Black Panther could easily make this list in either Captain Marvel's or Hulk's place, which would make the team an interesting heavy brain team (including one Bruce Banner) and then the real heavy hitter only Hulk.
DC:
I tried to avoid putting villains on this team (and Marvel's) but personally I don't consider Deathstroke a "villain" so much as simply a neutral mercenary. He's done good, he's done bad. Usually bad people hire mercs though. Honestly because of the huge dynamic here, I feel like Hal and Kara wouldn't need the others in most situations, but Batman and Deathstroke's preparation skills can make them above their seeming weight class and Canary's Canary Cry can hurt Supergirl level threats when she really cuts loose. Might be hard to make it work, but it could be entertaining. Especially the Bruce-Slade dynamic.
Spiderman
Black Panther
Daredevil
Captain America
Thor
this team would kick ASSS, and I'm sure they could all get along
