$&@! No. I wouldn't even choose to live in Gotham. Coast City, Keystone City, Star City, Midway City, hell even Smallville would better to set up residence. Sure, they all have bad guys, but the sheer amount of lunacy that exists in Gotham is too much for me. It's NOT a nice place to visit and I sure as hell wouldn't want to live there.

Anyone who would actually agree to work at Arkham might as well be considered a patient as well, because unless you have some sort of useful super power, that's crazy.
