Would you want Roy Harper to become Green Arrow?

I was thinking about the side kicks, and I really loved how Wally took over for Barry when he died and really stepped up to be a core member of the Justice League. Some of the Robins have also been able to be Batman at times.

So I was just curious if Oliver died would you want Roy to take his place?

Personally I'd loved to see Roy as Green Arrow as long as it didn't mean locking him down to Star City.
