Would you rather have super strength or super durability?

These powers are usually combined, since strength is there to use force and durability is there to shrug off force. Which power would you rather want at low, mid and high level?

Low level strength:

-Strong enough to lift/push/pull 1 to 25 tons

-Can press enough weight to smash weaker kinds of metal with punches

Mid level strength:

-Strong enough to lift/push/pull 25 to 75 tons

-Can press enough weight to smash through thicker kinds of metal with punches

High level strength:

-Strong enough to lift 75 to 200 tons

-Can press enough weight to punch with the force of 500 pounds of TNT (as hard as Abomiation can punch)

Low level durability:

-Durable enough to shrug off 1 to 25 tons of force

Mid level durability:

-Durable enough to shrug off 25 to 75 tons of force

High level durability:

-Durable enough to shrug off 75 to 200 tons of force

Strength for sure.

With durability, one pair of handcuffs can put you out of commission.

Durability cause then I can become Batman and not die.

High level durability. So I can still play-punch people.

Super durable

Super durability I think. Like I get crushed by a speeding truck or something and be fine. You could really selflessly throw yourself in danger for people if you had that kind of durability.

Yeah, the thing is, bulletproof clothing exists. But there is no such thing as a super-strength suit.

super durability and then i would become the annoyance a super hero that annoys villains until they surrender and no one would be able to hurt me so i would just keep annoying them day and night .

The thing is, someone could use a knife, or a bomb, or a sniper rifle, etc. etc.

With durability, you can arm up, and then pretty much do anything you want. How is someone going to put you in handcuffs?

Super Strength.

You can wear a suit of foot-thick titanium, it doesn't matter. You have super-strength.

Durability... if you have super strength all your friends are going to want you to help them move... hell with that.

yeah what if you fall from a tall building. Also your mobility and visibility will be to low, if you want to persecute someone you , this is not going to an advantange. Also with a fire the heat will be elavated by the titanium.

That's not very convenient, and if it doesn't cover every inch of your body you take the risk of dying. Plus even though you could wear that suit 24/7 you probably wouldn't want too.

Strength

High-level durability with peak-level strength.

Superhuman Strength is pretty useless without the Durability to match. Just Ask invincible.
