Would these Rouges kill a child?

I was just thinking about how Joker has basically no restrictions. It led me to this.

What Rouges would kill a child in cold blood for their own benefit? I'm not talking detonate a bomb that blows up an apartment building. I mean physically being there and doing it. In this case, let's assume it's for self-preservation.

(1) Black Mask?

(2) Penguin?

(3) Bane?

(4) Lex?

(5) Doom?

(6) Falcone/Bat's mobsters?

Or any others you can think of. I can't honestly see many of them crossing that line. It's too awful.

I think they'd all do it except Falcone (because Mafia code of honor or maybe just because he never struck me as quite that ruthless. Family is important to him, maybe he'd be unable to follow through with something that low) and maybe Bane.

Everyone exept Bane and maybe Doom.

I don't see Bane doing that.

Don't think Bane would do that. Somewhere in there is a decent fellow.

Bane would never, not would doom. The mobsters might but it really depends on who.
