No. The Lazarus pit takes indomitable will and unbeatable brain power. Pretty much anyone other than Ras or Jason who has attempted to use the pit had their Brain burned out and it didn't ressurect them. I doubt a cat has the Batman level willpower it takes to survive (Especially considering cats are generally the laziest domestic pet).
