Would Loki/Sinestro be a good villain team-up?

Do you think Loki and Sinestro would make a good team in a DC/Marvel crossover?

I think Sinestro would probably kill Loki before they'd even get to Thor or Hal Jordan.

What if Hal and Thor switched foes? How would Thor deal with Sin and how would Hal deal with Loki?

@Jade1977: Wouldn't be fair for the DC side. Thor drains Sinestro's ring and I'm pretty sure Loki's magic can easily bypass Hal's constructs.
