A) Aquaman- It might feel a little funny, like being too close to a hot stove, but it won't hurt him in the slightest.
B) Colossus- Nope.
C) Thing- Nope.
D) Wolverine- It'll burn, as his skin is basically the same as anyone else's. However, he'll heal in a second and forget about the third-degree pain in an instant.
E) Data- Doubt it.
F) Species 8472- I don't know anything about it.
G) Borg Drone- I know nothing about it.
H) Master Chief (no shields)- The inside of the suit might get a little toasty, but he'd be fine.
I) Blade (movies and comics)- It'll hurt, but he'd probably be alright.
J) Zangief- Doubt it.
K) Elder Predator- Doubt it.
L) Agent Smith- In the Matrix, he wouldn't even feel it. Out of the Matrix, he'd burn like anybody else.
M) Darth Vader- LOL I'm pretty sure we all know what happens to Vader when he is in something hot. I can't imagine his suit is really fireproof, but I'm no Star Wars expert.
Elder Predator- Outside suit, it'd definitely burn him severely and maybe with suit as well since it doesn't cover all of his body.
Data- Though it wouldn't affect his body, the heat after time could begin to damage his interior, affecting his functions, which has an unpredictable effect depending on areas affected.
Alien Queen-Probably be difficult to kill using method, but it'd cause severe pain and damage since Xenomorphs are vulnerable to fire.
Zangrief-He regularly tanks hadoukens and shyukens among other fire-based attacks, so it probable this would only barely damage him.
D) Wolverine- It'll burn, as his skin is basically the same as anyone else's. However, he'll heal in a second and forget about the third-degree pain in an instant.
No. Wolverine's healing factor won't bring him back to life. Every soft part of him (pretty much every part of him) will be catastrophically damaged. If by some miracle he survives he'll be mentally destroyed.

@jmarshmallow: Yep. Also, I think I remember reading a different Wolverine solo (brown costume) where he was similarly reduced to a skeleton and survived, so there's a bit of precedent.
Maybe the healing factor works on an incomprehensible quantum level and rebuilds whatever he was no matter what.

@aquaman01: Blade walks out of explosions(that he often ignites) and gets set on fire quite a lot. He'd feel it but he wouldn't be harmed either.
Ah, ok. I thought he would be able to survive something like fire, but I only have seen some of the first Blade film and have not read him in a comic before (not counting his brief appearance at Deadpool's wedding).
