For the most part I read Marvel and DC and based off of what I ive seen of their heroes, would the alphas be consider superhuman? Superhumans are anyone that is capable of something that normal humans are not capable of at the height of there ability. From what I understand , there is nothing about there genetics that would promote them as being superhumans. Only the fact that their minds work a little differently makes them do what they do. People like Bill and HIcks, who have a biological predispostion that allows them to have abilities or skills, dont seem superhuman. Can't people train themselves to control adrenaline flow or do what hicks can do? Im just saying alphas seem to be in the same position as the Taskmaster, he isnt superhuman, its just that his brain works a certain way that allows him to do what he does.

So what do you all think? would they be considered superhumans ? If so why?

Btw......I like how Hicks was concerned his kid could do what he could do last episode...like being super awesome at parkour and shooting is such a bad thing. haha

Yeah they all count. I'd totally be willing to work on a page if they ever get a comicbook. I've been watching the show since it started. I really enjoy it.

No they are Alphas. =)

Mutants are not superhumans either because mutants aren't humans. =)

o_O Mutants are humans who have had a chromosome or two mutate. Meta Humans are the same. How is that any different from an alpha?

yes they are. all of them are, super human is just being above what a normal human can achieve.

also, Am I the only one that thought that show was pretty freaking boring? I had to force myself to watch the first episode and then I gave up. Also, initially it seemed interesting, a show about people with abilities that aren't as powerful as in other shows like Heroes or Smallville or like in comics, just enhanced, not quite super, but then i hear there's a lot of power ups and people doing crazy stuff further into the series. I was kinda interested but after those things I totally lost it
