depends on how you mean....Deadpool changed a ton early on (ONCE)

Wonder Woman has changed quite a few times

Superman kept adding powers to his list, until they finally stripped most of them away, and then gained some back, just to lose them, and from writer to writer will retain or forget powers, or have them interpreted completely differently (ohh no, Kryptonite... ILL DIE, next writer,, oh geez, its kryptonite...it doesn't really effect me)

these are not my answers, just examples of different interpretations of your question, though until I think about it longer, I think Superman is a good answer
